The prices quoted INCLUDES VAT at 20% and also includes accommodation for the weekend and admission to all music and camp facilities.
Deposits of £20pp may secure your chalet, the balance to be paid in full by 06/09/13,
any bookings not paid in full without prior arrangement may be cancelled without notice.
Bookings accepted after 30/08/13 are to be paid in FULL with a debit/credit card at the prices above up to 20/04/13. Bookings may be made on arrival subject to availability.
Cancellations must be made in writing, before 30/08/13 will receive a refund less £10 per person.
30/08/13 to 06/09/13 will recieve a refund less £20 per person.
After this date stricty no refunds under any circumstances.
